✦ General Info

I, ANGEL (the artist):

  • ​reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time for any reason.

  • retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • reserve the right to deny a refund of the work after completion.

  • reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio​

  • Unless explicitly requested not to, I may share progress of the commission on my socials or stream the process


You (the customer/commissioner):

  • may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  • may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints not for personal use, etc.) unless a commercial license fee has been made.

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless a commercial license usage fee has been made (+300% of base price)

✦ Procedures

  1. Fill out the form linked under "Form" 

  2. I will contact you via one your preferred contact method to further discuss availability, pricing, etc..

  3. Depending on your commission type I will send an invoice for Full / Partial payment

  4. I will begin working on your commission once I receive Full / Partial payment (You can only receive a full refund if I have not began your commission or if I cannot finish your commission).

  5. You will be updated in-between phases of the commission (i.e. sketch, flats, etc.) Please refer to the pricing page for specifics.

  6. Commissions may take from 1-5 weeks to be completed 

  7. Depending of your payment plan you will receive the final commission via Email.

✦ Commercial Info

The following are considered commercial use:

branding, promotional use, redistribution, vtuber assets, merchandise, and on platforms where you receive payment (Twitch, Youtube, Patreon, Sites, etc.)

Standard Commercial Fee: (70% - 100% fee)

​-Promotional use on social media, streaming platforms, and personal sites where profit is received

-Modifications to the work are not allowed (I still retain the copy right). If you wish to modify the design yourself or via third party contact me to get written consent.

-reselling the illustration/design is not allowed

Extended Commercial Fee: (200% - 300% fee)

For producing digital/physical merchandise

✦ Payment

  • Payment is done through paypal invoices.

  • 'Sketch', 'Colored Sketch', 'Single Emotes', and 'Chibi' Commissions require 100% upfront payment​

  • Other commissions will be paid 50% Upfront and 50% after the commission has been completed

  • ​A full refund can only be issued if I have not started the commission

  • You may request a refund at anytime however the refund amount will depend on the amount of work I have completed

✦ Credit & Watermark

  • My watermark will be on every personal use commission.​

  • Clients may share my work publicly as long as proper credit is given

  • DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK
